Once a payment is made, we commece the project and initiate working on it, only refund can be provided in case we have not started working. And refund request must be raised within same day or 8 hours since the payment is made. We will assess refund/cancellation requests on their merits, but generally, there is no obligation to provide a refund if:
- you have changed your mind;
- you stopped/paused the project/company/business plan;
- you ask for goodwill;
- you lack the technical ability to use the website/app;
- you don’t like the design/work and has exhausted the agreed revisions/working hours alloted.
Refund will be processed within 15 working days.
